Campers will get a mix of foundational wrestling technique and controlled “live” competition. The last day will end with a takedown tournament and a technique showcase of what was learned throughout the week. The idea behind this camp is to fine tune for emerging wrestlers, and introduce to beginners, the basics of wrestling!
